How Memes Work
Understanding meme values, rarity, and the marketplace
Meme Statistics
Every meme is rated on four key dimensions that determine its value and performance in games:
Measures comedic value, wit, and laugh factor. A high humor score means the meme is genuinely hilarious and makes people laugh.
Reflects mainstream recognition and widespread usage. High popularity means the meme is well-known across broad audiences.
Indicates rarity and insider knowledge required. High obscurity means the meme is understood only by specific communities or requires specialized context.
Measures intellectual engagement and deeper meaning. High stimulation means the meme makes you think, offers social commentary, or has layers of meaning.
Note: Meme stats are initially set by admins during approval, then gradually adjusted based on community feedback through gameplay and trading.
Rarity System
Memes can be "split" to create replicas. The original meme (#1) is always "Mythic Original" - the most prestigious tier. All subsequent replicas are distributed among the remaining 9 tiers based on their position in the chain.
Rarity Affects Game Power
Rarity directly impacts how effective a meme is in all mini-games:
- • Mythic Original (#1): +20% power bonus
- • Early replicas: Slight power boost (15-19%)
- • Mid-chain replicas: Standard power (no bonus/penalty)
- • Recent copies: Power reduction up to -30%
The power difference scales with total replicas—a meme with 10 replicas has minimal variance, while one with 1000 replicas shows dramatic power differences between #1 and #1000.
• When you split a meme, you create an exact replica
• Both copies' value drops to 50% of the original
• The replica gets the next number in the chain (#2, #3, etc.)
• Only the newest replica can be split again
• The original (#1) always stays Mythic Original
• Replicas become less rare as more are created
• ⚠️ Rarity affects game performance! Less rare memes are less powerful
Original meme: #1 of 1 (Mythic Original)
After 1st split: #1 (Mythic) and #2 (Legendary) of 2
After 2nd split: #1 (Mythic), #2 (Legendary), #3 (Ancient) of 3
After 100 splits: #1 is still Mythic Original, #100 is Recent Copy

Value & Trading
Initial Value
When a meme is approved, its starting price is calculated based on its stats:(humor + popularity + obscurity + stimulation) × 2
Current Value vs Listing Price
A meme has a current value (market price) and can be listed for sale at a different listing price. The current value only changes after a successful trade.
Creator Rewards
When a meme is approved, the creator can either purchase it at the starting price or claim a 50 Moola reward instead.
Consensus System
As players guess meme stats in games and provide feedback after trades, the consensus gradually adjusts the meme's actual stat values over time.
